Torade is developing practical tools for farm operations and agricultural marketplaces. We are currently validating the platform internally while continuing to improve its reliability, privacy, and security ahead of controlled pilot access.
Information we collect
When you contact us or join our pilot waitlist, we collect the information you provide so we can understand your request and follow up with you. This may include your name, email, location, role, intended use of Torade, and any additional information you choose to share.
If you select WhatsApp as your preferred contact method, we collect your number with your consent for communication about your pilot application.
The private Torade application also processes information entered by authorized users as part of their farm and marketplace activities. Access to the application remains limited during the pilot.
How we protect information
We have implemented safeguards appropriate to our current website and pilot operations, including:
- HTTPS for website connections.
- Input validation and spam protections on public forms.
- Restricted administrative access to pilot waitlist records.
- Consent-based collection of optional WhatsApp contact information.
We continue to review and improve these safeguards as the platform develops.
Our current operating scope
Torade is preparing for a controlled pilot. Marketplace and farm-management workflows are being validated internally before broader pilot access.
The public website does not process payments or hold customer funds. Torade does not currently offer publicly available payment-processing or logistics services through this website.
We do not claim financial-services certification, independent security certification, or regulatory approval for services that are not yet operating.
Your information and choices
You can contact us to ask about the personal information you have provided, request a correction, or request deletion, subject to applicable requirements.
If you choose WhatsApp for your pilot application, that consent is limited to pilot-related contact. It does not automatically subscribe you to marketing messages.
